Customer Reviews
Detailed review of my first order
I decided to try Door County Coffee after hearing good things. I placed an order for two 10oz bags: the Sinful Delight Coffee and the French Roast. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking within 24 hours. The package arrived well-packed in a sturdy box, about five business days after I placed the order. Both bags were sealed tightly and felt fresh. I opened the Sinful Delight first; the aroma was inviting, and when brewed, it produced a rich, medium-bodied cup with a pleasant hint of chocolate. The French Roast was robust and dark, exactly as expected for a dark roast, without any bitterness. I also used their customer service chat to ask about storage, and the response was quick and helpful. Overall, a very positive first experience. The only minor thing was the tracking link initially sent didn't update for a day, but then it worked fine.
Good coffee, shipping a bit slow
I ordered the Highlander Grogg and the Bourbon Pecan Pie Coffee. Both flavors are really good, and the coffee is smooth. The Bourbon Pecan Pie has a nice, subtle sweetness. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me, which felt a little long for something I was excited to try. Overall, I'm happy with the quality, but faster shipping would make it even better.
Coffee was good
Got some Jingle Bell Java and a Coffee Mug. The coffee tasted pretty good, nice holiday flavor. The mug is a basic ceramic one, nothing fancy but it works. Everything got here fine, no issues.
Great value, good flavor
I was looking for some new coffee and found Door County Coffee. I signed up for their email and got a decent discount on my first order. I bought the Highlander Grogg and the Cherry Creme Coffee. For the price, especially with the discount, it felt like a really good deal. The Highlander Grogg is strong but smooth, which I like. The Cherry Creme was a fun change. Definitely worth the purchase if you're watching your budget.
